These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Tan Express API platform and the lobaf.com website, operated by Tan Express LLC. By creating an account or calling the API, you agree to these Terms.
Tan Express provides a unified API gateway that wraps third-party AI models, along with related integration, monitoring and support services. Features and supported models may change as providers evolve.
Plans are billed monthly in advance; usage-based charges are billed in arrears as described on our pricing page. Fees exclude taxes, which are your responsibility where applicable. Overdue accounts may be suspended after notice.
We target 99.9% monthly availability. SLA credits, where applicable, are described in your plan or order form. The service is otherwise provided “as is”.
You own your customer data and the content you send through the API. Tan Express LLC owns the platform, software and brand elements. Model outputs are subject to the terms of the underlying model providers.
Except as expressly stated, the service is provided without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tan Express LLC’s aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
You may stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk, with notice where practicable.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico.
We may modify these Terms with notice for material changes; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
