Delivery Method & Timing

• API keys and account access are delivered electronically through your account dashboard immediately after signup or payment confirmation.
• Welcome materials and invoices are sent to the email address on your account.
• If you do not receive access within 1 hour of payment, check your spam folder and then contact us.

Service Availability

The Tan Express platform targets 99.9% monthly availability. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance where possible. Regional availability of specific AI models may vary by provider.

Delivery Issues

If your electronic delivery fails or is delayed, contact us and we will restore access or make it right.
